New Balance’s latest design, the XC72 - takes inspiration from a number of different models combining retro detailing with a modern shape. The base is constructed from a mix of nylon and suede detailing with overlays of leather that form the oversized 'N' logo on each side. The sneaker uses a mixed color-blocking of mixed blue, orange, pink, ivory, and grey tones that is sure to catch attention. A rubber treaded ivory outsole compliments a midsole of simple vintage white. Gum rubber detailing wrapping the heel completes the new design.
